I forgot to mention that now that you have all of the general components you can throw your old hard-drive in your new setup if you want to actually test or use it. Just until you have enough to order the OS and hard-drive.

Well yeah. I guess that means I don't have to buy a ODD, HDD or OS until I have the money if I use my old hard drive.

Which means I just need RAM and the mobo/processor.

Lol pretty much, but you may be looking for the cheaper ones in which they may not be compatible. I mean, they still sell mobos that don't have PCI-e 2.0 slots.


It looks decent but I don't trust anybody selling computer-related items on the internet unless I see their product in person. I've been tricked into buying a new hard drive for my computer and it turned out I payed $100.00 for a hard drive that only had 3 days left to function.


It all depends on what it contains, and how much more RAM you get. my ram size is 2.8 . whats that prodects?
