"A wizard did it" is not, I repeat, NOT a reasonable explanation.

"Completely impossible", so you're an astrophysicist? The universe may well not be decaying. Have you ever heard of the big crunch?

Oh and if you said the universe had to have a start, then a god would have to have a start too.
1. When did a wizard come in? ....
2. No, I haven't heard about the "Big Crunch". Please enlighten me.
3. Who said that supernatural things have to follow natural laws?

Seriously, he expects stuff outside the universe to have the same laws as the universe?
When did I suggest that? You are attempting to add idiotic statements to my own.

Google. Yay.

You just ignored my entire point.

I'm not saying Zeus is real. Yes, we know they are natural, but we also know that nature is decaying.
Nature is net decaying. You have no evidence that it is, other than your ignorant opinion.

Nature could not have come from nature.
What?

The Bible never claims anything like that the Earth is flat
I never said the bible claimed the earth is flat.

and to which mysteries are you referring?
And the mysteries I'm referring to are things like, the sun the moon, the stars, galaxies, the sky, clouds, thunder, rain, snow, the seasons, rainbows, tress, rivers, oceans, light, sound, and electricity. These are the things that were once explained by a god, but we have the answers. Christianity just morphs itself around these discoveries because it's convenient.

Are you suggesting that you have discovered how gravity works?

Umm bro, we know how gravity works. Matter, when collected in large masses, attracts other matter. That's why you fall to the ground, or why the Earth orbits the sun, or why the moon pulls the oceans to create the tides. It's not a very hard concept to grasp.

Religion is stupid.

They should change the saying "It's like arguing with a doorknob", to "It's like arguing with a creationist."

Stop generalizing about religions. They aren't the same at all. I'm not saying Zeus is real. Yes, we know they are natural, but we also know that nature is decaying. The Bible actually points out many things which are now scientific fallacies, however as Augustine explained even before these fallacies were seen, that Bible may be written very much so symbolically with historic events and whatnot mixed in.

However, religions are different, and overtime, like everything else, it has changed. Science, math, literature; they have all changed as we learn more and discovery new ideas.

Self-defeating arguments for the win.
They are very bothersome, aren't they? Hypocrisy, really. :o

Nice job, you just shat on religion's reputation even more.
He speaks for his own beliefs, friend. Not for all religions. And while many theists have similar ideas, they still aren't him. However, you are partially right. Many arguments for religion are based on ignorance, and often presented with a sense of arrogance. It's a shame when such happens, because then some people generalize - See above.
(Not that you generalize all the time, that was just one occasion. :3)

1. When did a wizard come in? ....
2. No, I haven't heard about the "Big Crunch". Please enlighten me.
3. Who said that supernatural things have to follow natural laws?
1. Some assume God is merely just a wizard, in a "fairytale" Theists call the Bible. :c
2. I believe it is just the opposite of the Big Bang, where as the universe implodes, but I'm unsure.
3. Quite, but mind you, you are arguing under the assumption God exists, while they are not the assumption God does not exist. Neither of you are really presenting arguments for or against God. merely just how you three explain your beliefs. :o

Sorry if I missed something or jumped around, I'm doing three other things at the moment. :P

Religion is stupid.

It's funny because you're a Christian.  :cookieMonster:

WHY does matter attract matter? We realize it does, but why?

GOD PUSHES THE PARTICLES TOGETHER WITH HIS WIZARDLY FINGERS.

It is also completely impossible that the universe is infinite, since it is decaying (Third law of thermo-dynamics).

When did I suggest that? You are attempting to add idiotic statements to my own.

I have a zero tolerance for bullstuff like this.

Seriously, forget you.

But I've changed!
NO! You know you haven't! Oasis, you are merely in denial! Jesus is your savior.......you just don't know it yet.
