Me and what I think of how religion is

I mean, this is scary. Why do people follow this stuff.



However, not all religion is bad. Quakers and Unitarians are a good example of religions. They don't focus on killing people or excluding them.

Because the worst part of religion is when we don't let people play in our volleyball tournaments. 

But I agree, the Bible, at many points, can be a very morbid book. Once again, I think it's about interpretation. It may have been written literally, I'm unsure, I wasn't there, but I just don't accept in my faith that I would have to stone everyone who doesn't agree with me.

And the Quakers are cool. <3 They make good oats, too. :D!

I know, for a fact, if you say that to a Quaker's face, they may actually lose their temper. They really don't like that guy who named it after them. Oh, and they were sometimes burned alive because they were thought to be witches. Yay religion

Because they sometimes dressed funny and didn't do what everyone else did religiously. So that was an excuse to brutally murder them.

Prayer is more so about making a connection to God, if you believe in him/her, then asking God for inane things like money or a new car. It is, in my opinion, a synonymous term for meditation, though others interpret it differently. In other words, prayer is more about experiencing spirituality and seeking hope, truth, and faith.
