1. How to admin people without telling them password?
2. How to change server name and greeting in-game?

Its not an add-on. You have to download RTB then press esc and go to admin menu then server control.

It is an addon, you do all that stuff with RTB, and you can set a button shortcut to the RTB menu.

Anything you download and put in your Add-Ons folder is an addon. RTB is just a huge addon that offers everything you need to live your daily Blockland life.
