Damn that's an ugly case, which newegg says is unavailable.
Seems like the monitor is unavailable too.
PSU is from and obscure company and I don't know the quality.
Other than that it seems decent, won't be able to play Crysis on ultra high settings though, but I'm guessing you knew that.

You can use this OS option. Same product, just OEM.

I dont understand the meaning of OEM, like, why is it cheaper?

It's just a single key that you use only for your computer.

uh, isnt that usually what it is?

This software is intended for pre-installation on a new personal computer for resale. This OEM System Builder Channel software requires the assembler to provide end user support for the Windows software and cannot be transferred to another computer once it is installed.

That should be easier to understand.

how does it know what pc it was installed on?

I believe it takes record of your general hardware configuration and only takes exception to major changes in the configuration (IE. a new motherboard). You can still install it multiple times (if you need to reformat for example), but you are only authorized to use it on a single machine.

The catch with OEM OS's is that they must be sold with some form of hardware.

No. A combo isn't needed. It just means your order must contain a hardware purchase. So, you could buy the OS and perhaps a DVD burner, or even a flash drive.
