yeah im down to something like 7% body fat which is perfect so im basically muscle... but im alot stronger than i look cause i have done explosive muscle training (cant remember the scientific term for it) i helped my sister move 330 pound/ 150 kg bales for her job once... that was hard as forget even though it only involved rolling them onto a cart thingy then pushing the cart to her truck... then a little machine lifted the bale up and i had to slide the bale to the end of the truck -_- was pretty hard

Its a supplement for eating breakfast and lunch. Youre supposed to drink it instead of eating, so its replacing your meal. Drinking it with a meal is like eating two meals

at breakfast i have cereal, lunch i eat about 4 toasted sandwiches containing tomato, cheese, butter and some may contain tuna then at dinner ill eat plenty of meat and vegies and through the day ill just snack on things here and there ooh forgot protein shakes aswell =D

School food = gross.
air = better than school food
Metal = better than all of that.

Infact, at this moment I am slowly reviving the stunning discovery and am now able to listen to metal without it effecting me too much. So now I'm eating some Metal.

Breakfast:I eat a Breakfast borrito
Lunch:I eat hot lunch those damn tin trays.
Dinner:I may eat out, but I usually make myself some Enchilladas or Tomales.
I eat Beef Jerky and soy crisps for snaks
I like soy crisps they taste good!
