How long until we start making fun of hugmus?

If you jog, as posted in OP, jog/run in GRASS or DIRT. Hard surfaces (cement, asphalt etc...) damage joints. And If you want to get your running muscles better there are three things I recommend. One is buy ankle weights. Strap them onto your ankles and get running. Its a lot harder than you think. Second is to but a sled. Not a sledding sled, a weight sled. What it is, is a plate type this with a pole in the middle, a rope and some straps. you put weight onto the pole, and strap the straps onto you like a backpack. then go run in the grass. Third is the easiest, but can give you shin splints. Jumping. Get a tapemeasure and lay it down onto the ground as far as it goes. Start just before the tape measure starts. put your arms high into the air and throw then down like if they are a wheel. Go back up, and down(For preparation purposes) Then, jump when you throw your arms UP. Jump as far out as you can. Record results under 1 jump. Continue doing until you feel you can't get higher than x inches. Then instead of just jumping once, jump 3 times, then five. Then, buy a jumprope. Best way to loose weight. I lost a pound in 15 minutes from jump roping. and if you are doing it, make sure you have a lot of room. I was aiming for 100 constant reps. I was at 64 when I fell off the platform I was on and sprained my ankle.

Pro tip bros, body building at a young age can forget over your growth. Have fun being the tough kid while it lasts, you'll be short later on and have some stuff issues due to your toughness ego.

The whole notion of growth being stunted by weight lifting is
a myth. It didn't stunt the growth of Shaquille O'Neal, David
Robinson, Karl Malone, Michael Vick, etc. They all started
lifting in their early teens, and all have gone on to be well
over 6' tall and star in professional sports.

Dave Draper and Arnold Schwarzenegger started lifting very
young and both are 6'1" or taller. Lou Ferrigno started
working out at 14 years old at the height of 5' 9" and grew to
6' 5" - taller then anyone in his family!
i got that off this site http://www.trulyhuge.com/news/tips63iq.htm

Xamples, riddle me this: If you're all about exercise, shouldn't you be smart, too? Why are you sitting here preaching to people who probably don't give a stuff about how much they weigh/a bunch of kids who shouldn't be worrying about their weight? This forum is full of the opposite of what you're trying to make us: bodybuilding blowhards. Now, some people are athletic, but not the majority of the forums are. If you want to talk about fitness, go to a forum made for fitness.

Just because we're not in a board designed for arguments doesn't mean I'm wrong. Sounds like all you're doing is plugging your ears and saying "LALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU" as most loltrolls who come here do.

Who the forget are you, some kind of therapist? Stop with all your teaching bullstuff. If kids really want an exercise they'll go to school and actually do something during PE. I bet half of the people or more who try to follow this get bored of it and go back to being computer playing people like they were before. Again I say this, this is an online forum for a kids game, with a forum full of kids. Most kids wouldn't have the attention span to follow something like this.

you know by arguing with me your just bumping the topic... thanks man C=
