You must resize it down to 75x75 or smaller.

first make sure the pictures are 75X75. if they are not, go to resizepic.com. second, get a gif animated software like unfreez. its free and its quick, just google it. if the format is still png, you need to get a picture converter. just google it, its pretty easy. XD
