Link? I've looked into it and heard that they haven't made the 3.1.3. Jailbreak and in order to do it you need to use software to take it back to 2G.

Oh I'm sorry was I riding your ass constantly looking for it? No. I'm just asking someone who has already done it how he did it. I have done my research and for what I know there is no jailbreak for the 3.1.3. So I wanted to know how he did it. It's likely that he used I think it's redsnows software to put his iPod back to the 2.something where the latest jailbreak is effective. Now for those of you that are asking about the 2G's there is a jailbreak for it by blacksn0w, blackra1n, and ipwn if i'm right. It's simple just google it and it will pop up for you. However done fully turn your iPod off (holding it down until it says slide to unlock.) and don't open the iTunes from your computer with you iPod connected. If you do you will have likely bricked your iPod (loving the hardware up so bad it's as usefull as a brick). If you fully turn it off just start up the appliction you used to jailbreak it and launch it. I have not jailbroken my iPod yet so all this information is based off of what I've found on the Internet or from friends that jailbroke their iPods. Now with it jailbroken there are many third party apps to customize and personalise your iPod. There is an app I'm pretty sure it's called whitewash or whiteboard, but it has many things to further customize your iPod. There is some Mario thing, a YouTube downloaded where you save the videos to your iPod to watch even without wifi. Now the reason it is not quite sure to be legal is there is an app for getting everything in the app store for free, due to the rule of no wares I can't talk about this but I would advise against using it.

I used spirit and it works great and it's untheatard. ( I can't spell that, but it does keep the files after I turn it off.)
