i'm basically anorexic, and barely eat simply because i don't like food that much. and i think thats actually a pretty healthy lifestyle versus the nature of the average american.

Have you ever shouted out your problems in a quiet area with no one around you? Sometimes that helps.

I also don't eat much, barely enough to make me move most days. Don't enjoy food at all :( Kept KFC, OHM NOM NOM. I watch anime (of all things) as a step out from reality, lets me focus on something thats not stressful. Though you have to find types of anime that you enjoy, I don't like the violent animes so I tend to go to other various animes that are non-violent or have little bits of it.

yes. hurting my throat doesn't feel good, and is not a good habit to form.

my doctor says its stress. i ruled out everything else. i'm loving stressed out all the time, so it only makes sense that well... yeah.

 Work out, and then get a punching bag.

i'd like to start running, but whenever i run enough to get tired, or sweat a bit, i get a serious knot in the right side of my ribcage, hurts so bad i can't go any more. also punching soft stuff doesn't relieve stress.
