I hide mine in a folder in my Pictures folder. Because I'm not 12 and my mom doesn't get on my computer to look for research. Actually she has never done that. Actually my mom has never touched any of my computers. Tell your parents to forget off.
I think your parents have a right to regulate that. I know I sure as hell would. If a minor is in possession of research, the parents go to jail, you go to a shelter or foster care and all you'll retain is your bad attitude and a self-imbued sense of disproportioned justice system that is only out to give you a hard time for being too young for things. Plus you won't be able to use the interwebs anymore. So quit being the tough guy rebel and don't encourage the kiddies. That doesn't make you cool.
