It was a mistake, they thought he was another experiment that escaped earlier.
The parents didn't belive the story, at all.

The paper was in a sealed baggie, and the bag was hidden just out of sight from any direction.

GUYS, try not to nitpick too hard, it's my first story that I posted on BL.

Well what I meant is the story is kinda fragmented. You need some stuff to fill the gaps. I mean, you just passed by three years with like two sentences. Just more detail really. Also make it make more sense, as I said in the previous post.
