Adobe Flash Player - Help?

So every time I right click on something using flash player, it brings up the menu but I can't select anything, and it freezes firefox.  I need to change some settings via that menu, but I can't when it freezes every time.

Anyone else have this issue/know a solution?

Run in safe mode? Or is that IE only, I only used firefox for a few weeks

I'm pretty sure firefox has a safemode that disables all of your addons, but I don't think it's my addons.
