Weird noise in RTB

Here's how to hear it, hit Ctrl + O then go to Audio, then (if your sounds are down) bring the little bar to max (1.000) then have your Speakers up, you'll hear a weird sound, dunno what it sounds like, but its weird

You have your speakers all the way up? Because then it's probably just interference. Try moving your mouse at the same time and you'll probably hear a difference.

That sound is a default sound from the game engine.
