Like Greenday,Black Eyed Peas,and Flobots.

Those are just a few examples.

You have no idea how loving AGGROVATING when someone just HAS to sing 21 Guns right next to me in the middle of something important.

Flobots are awful and always were.

True, but they had one good song,Handlebars, and if you are just going to flame me,go ahead.

forget,WAIT NOOO!

Funny, Handlebars is their biggest piece of stuff song. It was the one I was thinking of when I thought about how much Flobots suck.

The beats suck,I just like the lyrics, from it escelating from riding the bike without handlebars,to killing everyone in a holocaust.

You're strange.  Almost everybody likes a song for the beat, in spite of the lyrics.  Perhaps your taste in music is so influenced by popular culture that you have changed what you like about a song in order to justify in your own mind why you like music that you don't actually like.

Flobots and Black Eyed Peas were always terrible.

Green Day was really, really good early on, but afterwards it just became this pop-goth mess of repetitive songs with suicidal lyrics.

The quality of a band's music is based entirely on the opinion of the listener. No matter how bad you think a band is, people out there will still like it.

If you disagree, yo can go forget yourself.

Why do you always bring this up in any topic about music, when it's self-defeating anyhow?

The quality of a listener's opinion on the quality of a band's music is based entirely on the opinion of the poster.  No matter how much of an opinion it is, people out there still disagree with it.

Just because a statement is an opinion doesn't mean I can't disagree with it.  Opinions are not these all-powerful statements of protection that allow you to just say whatever you want and no one can disagree with you.  Opinions are just that, opinions, someone's take on the subject, right or wrong.

I usually say that Radiohead is the best band of all time.  That is an opinion.  People disagree with it.  Whatever.  But I say "Flobots suck" and your reaction is "YOU CAN'T DO THAT IT'S HIS OPINION!".  What's up with that?

It is a fact that music is based on opinion. The reason I say that is because people tend to bicker about what bands are good and what bands are bad. It's redundant to argue about how good a band is because it's entirely opinion.

I honestly don't think you disagree with me when I say music is a matter of opinion, so quite frankly I think you only replied to me for the sake of arguing.

Greenday is garbage and always has been.

i just found out my friend liked lady gaga, green day, and Ke$ha

Green Day was always a suicidal band, even from Dookie I remember several songs about that. I hated them when they got all political.

Black eyed peas were okay before Fergie came into the scene. "Lovely lady lumps" You loving serious? It's the next most handicapped ghetto phrase since "Lemmie ax you a question" or "Mah baby daddy." Three phrases you will never hear me speaking save for listing them as phrases I appall.

Lady Gaga was great before she became famous.

Kesha is just one more overly self righteous ghetto ho who thinks she knows something about everything. She was never good.

I don't think you understand.  No one is arguing about how good a band is.  The only problem is you, claiming that when it's one opinion against another the negative opinion always loses for an arbitrary reason.  Why?

"Flobots are great" and "flobots suck" are both opinions.

For some reason every time I hear Greenday I think Pink Floyd.
