Easy as Pi (yes Pi as in 3.1415926535897932384626433 from memory) Just change the first event on the list to admin only if you want only admins, for only you, change it to trust 3.

Very top event. Change it from Unrestricted to what you want. If it's trust or ID, out your ID in the box on the right.
