I heard a 10 year old kid on Call of Duty 5 saying "friend I HAD LOW HEALTH BITCH." Hot damn, I remember when were young whippersnappers, we thought it was the end of the world if we heard any swear words.
Agreed. A literal overbearing sense of our brief mortality and it's eventual end struck every bone, every nerve, and every tendon of our being if we were caught swearing. Sucking on a soap bar usually resulted, no dinner, and not TV or games because that stuff wasn't kept in our rooms. Spoiled kids these days, no wonder they're falling apart.
Kids need to be disciplined or they'll turn out like they do now. When I rode a school bus, if I went out of line once, I was walking to school. Now they can literally beat another kid to death and I can't step in to prevent it because I'm not allowed to touch them by law.
If I was insolent in class, I had to sit in a corner with a dunce hat while everyone snickered at my misfortune. Nowadays they're sent home so they can play xbox. Some punishment.
When I went to school. If a kid was picking on me, we'd solve it with a fist-fight in the playground and that was the end of it. Now you have handicaps bringing weapons to school and killing people who had nothing to do with it to begin with.
If we screwed up at home, we had to do chores. Hard labor. Nowadays, it's a time out and time to think of how not to get caught next time.
Parents are afraid to punish their kids because CPS will take em away if they do. Changes need to be made or we'll end up like that movie Idiocracy. We're already well on our way as is.
