Use the "modify" button so you dont need to make multiple posts. Or you could make a "News" section in your OP. This is not bad for a first version. But your OP need some serious work. Get a graphic designer or do some yourself and make this clan look neater, and more welcoming.

Talk normal, as I am now, instead Of Like this. I like the layout, but some people may want to join yet aren't good at making space shuttles. I would probably add more options. And put the logo at the top...
