Registering on RTB

So...I have been trying to register on the RTB forums for a couple of days. I will enter all of my information in and press submit. It says:

"Authentication with Blockland Failed. Make sure your Blockland game is open!"

...but it is open. Does anyone know what is going on? Help will be greatly appreciated!

Open Blockland, make sure it finishes authenticating, then register immediately.

Anyone know why this is happening? Is it because my dial-up is too slow? lol
