Author Topic: The Lost Cosmonaut  (Read 6062 times)

I was inspired by the story of the lost Cosmonaut so I decided to draw.

It took me about 45 minutes to draw since I had to take a break and walk the dog >;c
Anyways, the images are big so I'll post links. How I saved time on photoshop is by putting some quick filters on to smooth the pencil shadings out.

Pencil version: Lost Cosmonaut original

Photoshop version 1: Smooth version

Photoshop version 2: Edit 1

Of course the first dead human in space is Russian.

Nice. His left foot is oddly square though, squarer than his right.

Any story behind his cracked/smashed visor?

 Micro asteroid.

amaaaaaaaaazinnn! I love it.

however, the pencil version is worlds better than the photoshap 1.

colur pls?

saluting  hand looks a tad odd

Russia was the first to put a person into space, The US was the first to bring one back.

The saluting hand is on backwards, or you drew it wrong.

proportions are decent though.

the one square foot and one round foot is the main thing that bugs me.

and what adio sed
