I am really hoping that blockland will soo become one of the most popular online games. I recently saw that blockland was being commercialized on facebook, and thought that should bring in several more players. Has anyone else recently seen any new websites advertising blockland?

its called google adds.

they track where you have been and using banners you come across, advertises likewise things YOUR ip tracked profile thinks you would like.
