I'm on a laptop.
Is there a main computer? (Desktop, thats hooked up to the router).
It seems you must be on a wireless labtop.

well, I got a computer thats not a laptop.

Well, is it hooked straight up to the router? (Chords hooked up straight)

Nope, no wire going from the router to the computer.

You have to port forward. It is hard to do. Good luck!
