I was wondering if there is some kind of program that makes it so you can make addons, if there is, send a link to the download. If there's already a topic about this, sry if I wasted your time.

Torque and milkshape.Milkshape is 20$,and I don't know about torque's price,but those are the easiest.Milkshape is a little hard to use at first,but it's very good.Good luck!

Can't you use Skecthup for weapons? I suggest Sketchup for weapons. For Player types, Milkshape.
