 I remember while looking over some old guys future city design, he created vehicles based on this.

Indeed. Gravity is what makes that spinning top work like that.

That's as anti gravity as placing something on a table, it's just a magnetic force instead of a normal (mathematical term) force.

Throwing around a scientific term when you don't know what it is does make you dull. The object isn't defying gravity though. It even says in the video that gravity is what makes it work like that.

 I know the topic name throws off the main subject, but what do you suggest the name should be?
