I photoshopped a picture of me on a swing and made it so that my legs go out more and blurred up the picture so there is no swing. I'm only starting to learn how to use photoshop.

To be honest, it looks bad. You went crazy with the filters, and if you didn't tell me what the picture was supposed to be of I would've had no idea. If your goal was to photoshop something to look like a really tall guy, you need to still have it look like a tall guy at the end, not all blurry and stuff.
