Vista themes?

Does anyone know of anywhere to get good themes for Windows Vista? I was looking up Dell Dock and came across Stardock MyColors, which really changes how Vista looks. I love the concept of having a completely different look to my computer, but none of the themes they had appealed to me. In addition, if you've ever come across a theme that goes well with this computer, do tell.

First though, do I have to patch my system?

And have you seen any themes for Vista like this? Or is it possible to somehow use it on Vista even though it's for 7? I tried setting it earlier (without patching) and it told me "The theme could not load because one of the theme files could not be found".

Yes, you have to patch your system (UXtheme.dll) or it won't accept any themes. Also browse around, there are plenty
