When it says 1.26 mb/s does that mean thats the speed you should be getting when actually downloading a file? Mine says 3.03 mb/s, but I only get about 300 kb/s when downloading files.

Edit: Wtf I tried a random test on Australia and got a higher speed.

It's measured in bits, you download in bytes. One byte = 8 bits, so divide the speedtest by 8.

This makes no sense. I get 1.5 MB/s download speed on Steam and about 1.2 MB/s on Firefox.
