Changing the creepers color?

How do I change the color of the creeper when the minigame starts? I try to paint the creep spawns, but when the minigame starts they go back to red.... Do i need to do something in the server control? I've looked a few times but i never saw anything to change creep color

There is an RTB Preference for Creep color, though I can't remember what it's called. Just look through your RTB Preferences list again, specifically the Creeper section.
