Yep I made one. I just need some ideas.
FINSIHED---
Normal Select- normal portal cursor that isnt filled in
Working in Background- Loop of companion cube going through portals downwards
Busy- same as working in background.
Link Select- portal cursor that is filled in
Text Select- Grabbing object ingame Portal

I do plan to release this. I need some ideas fast for:
Wandwriting
Unavailable
Horizontal Resize
Diagonal Resize 1
Diagonal Resize 2
Move.
