Author Topic: How did you discoverd blockland?  (Read 18622 times)

My friend was like a 3k, so I tried it at his house and bought it a year later (I had the demo version though).

I was playing on addicting games then i saw the AD ontop of the screen.
Thank the lord for clicking Ads!!

My little brother found Roblox and showed me some videos. I told him that it looked like a "load" and typed in "Blockland" on google, positive that there were many more games like it. Guess what I got? He looked around at Blockland, downloaded the demo, and showed me.
I really enjoyed the game's charm and became addicted myself. he payed the $20 and played for a good while. about a week later, I used his activation key like a richard and am still a cheapass to date.
The only problem is having a High ID when I finally do decide to pay up and host my own servers. Which will probably happen soon, as I play it more then my brother now.

That is how I "did discoverd blockland"

Friend told me about 2 years ago. Got the demo in late v8. Bought it about 6 weeks later (my dad kept forgetting to buy it :P). Sadly, my friend got a new computer about a minth ago and lost his key. He decided to quit.

I found it by looking on YouTube for Lego videos, and then I saw that someone had filmed themself in this game called "Blockland" to show off some new Halo decals. I instantly bought the game after using the demo for about twenty minutes.

i remember when i first played the game...
hitting the slopes floor with a hammer like something would happen

My friend showed me TBM. Then I kept seeing it in magazines (Game Informer's 100 best free games, sandbox category) and on Attack of the Show (Back when it was known as "The Screensavers").

An ad on Dan-Ball. (And I don't think it's run there anymore)

why is nobody posting?
