It would create the ballistic Missile :D. Now we can have bombers with nukes, Missiles with nukes, and subs with nukes (And I mean the Submarine and the sub sandwich.)

No, just no. Nukes have been abuse like heck. The only good one is with that Novelty pack. Now, If you can make the explosion non-laggy, then you could be ok.
