Ok i know how to put up a dedi server but when i do it the loading thing says "your comp is not setup with RTB" how do i set me comp up with rtb?

Do exactly what it says in the dedicated server console; it should be right under the text reading: "You have not set up RTB" or whatever.

You don't need RTB to host a dedicated server.

Just join your dedicated server under Query LAN to set it up with RTB, or you can do the console command it tells you to do after you open up the dedicated server file.
