Gamemode: GunGame
Believe it or not, I've never played CS before!

Wut is dis?
This gamemode is essentially a fun Free-For-All mod where players compete to upgrade their weapons and other abilities. It is still under development, but I am releasing a sort of beta. Basically, players start with a sword and as they kill more and more players, they acheive weapons such as the Guns Akimbo. ALSO: People have told me that the real GunGame does the opposite of this; ie, you start with the best weapon and slowly get worse and worse weapons. I was not trying to reproduce that gamemode, however, the final version may be able to invert the tiers.

Level-Ups
0 kills - Sword
1 kill - Bow
2 kills - Spear
3 kills - Rocket Launcher
4 kills - Gun
5 kills - Guns Akimbo
6 kills - MonsterSpeed*

*Monsterspeed essentially changes your playertype to Quake-Like. I am considering making a Quake-Like player with the same jump height as No-Jet in order to make Monsterspeed more useful.

How2use?
Basically, just start a minigame and type /toggleGunGame.
YOU MUST HAVE THE GUNGAME WEAPON IN THE PLAYER'S INVENTORY! Otherwise it will not work :c

I suggest an inventory like so:
-Weapon_GunGame
-Pill
-Pill
-Pill
-Pill

The peels are needed if you want players to be able to actually make it to the top tier (6 kills).

Known Bugs:
-Players w/out the GunGame weapon still get 'Level up!' messages.
-Players need to scroll away, then scroll back to the GunGame weapon to get the upgrade after leveling up.

N'joy, and please tell me if you encounter any problems.

Could be nice, will try it out

Mmmmmm pronz
Damnit. I thought the community would be more interested in another gamemode then the pr0nz. Ah well, it's furry anyways, so derp.

Sounds a bit like Borderlands.

So the more kills you get, the better weapon?

Shouldn't it go the other way around?

I've made a server like this via VCE. It doesn't end well. The people that join first obviously get the better weps first and thus easily kill the newcomers, thus getting even better guns. Then the new people leave. Then the old people leave. Then you're by yourself. =(

Yes it should.

Invest some time into CS, then make a mod like this. :(

Should be bigger than 1 kill increments. :cookieMonster:

Actually, it works fine for me. The sword + shield mod allows tier 1 players to easily band together and defeat tier 6ers. Not to mention that if you DO reach tier 6, you probably only have 50 health or so.

I considered it, but it made it too hard to play. People only ever got to the spear.

EDIT: Also;
Invest some time into CS
I don't even OWN CS:S. My computer is stuff anyways, probably couldn't handle it :3

So you're score resets every time you die? Well yeah, that's different than how it was when I was playing on that server... The only way for you to lose your score was to leave.\

Anyways, I wish you the best of luck.

How about the better weapon, the less health you have?

I found a problem while testing this. I started with a gun, and then did not get any new weapons.

Don't start with a gun, set it as the GunGame weapon.
