Turning off addons in a dedicated server

I can't seem to disable addons when I host a dedicated server... Is there any way to do so, or do I just need to delete all the addons I don't want to force people to download?

Start Blockland. Enable the add-ons you want and start an internet game. After the server loads, quit. Start your dedicated server. If memory serves correctly, this should work.
