Blockland not working.

ever since i got Blockland v15, it stopped working. When i go on the blockland website it just says the word "hi!" and nothing else. I can't go on IRC, it won't process, i can't go on any servers and RTB Mod Manager won't work.
(lots of problems) can anybody help? do i delete the v15 patch? will  ever taste good again? help me.
