but since I'm poor, there is a catch,
it needs to be free.
I had McAfee for quiet a while until my subscription expired and I discovered that McAfee unleashes all the viruses it stores on your computer when your payment runs out, any ideas?

I've used McAfee for years and it's removed about 3 viruses (because I'm not a dumbass and don't go to strange websites,) and recently my subscription expired and I'm fine.

exactly, I've had no anti-virus for 6 months now I only go on face book BL forums, and Myspace. Now I have popups every 20 seconds.

I... I almost burst out laughing...

My computer came with a Norton trial that was almost like a virus itself. I couldn't get it off, and even when I called customer service they said something along the lines of "get a subscription and it will unlock."
