Use the grappling hook to get up in the tower, and shoot the glass.
Also, when i mean the grappling hook being used, all of the team gets in the tower.
Once the glass breaks, search the crate.
:edit: Err,i mean ARC goes up in the tower, and the team gets out of the area, in fear of glass pieces cutting them

What's with the stupid suggestion of shooting glass? Won't that just make it smaller and harder to maneuver around, as well as risk random chunks flying and cutting right through your head?

Get in the tower, and shoot the glass around the crate. then stay in the tower and use your grappling hook to hook the crate and then look inside.
