Try too open the door and when it opens ARC uses X-11 on both enemies, rolling 6.

You can't do much, the door is close. And you really can't open it. Your going have to go back or wait it out.

it's just an idea of what they can do, besides, can't they shoot the grapple through the door or is the grapple too big/blunt?

NO. A GRAPPLE IS USED TO CLIMB WALLS, NOT SHOOT THROUGH DOORS.
