Equip on of the plasma weapons to Pyro, then order the shock trooper behind the door to surrender, and give up his weapons/armor.(If he doesn't, and attmepts to attack them, kick the door, and shoot him.)
Afterwards, give pyro his armor(If possible.), then have him go on roof, and take point. Once Pyro locates the remaining enemies, equip Sebster with a plasma rifle, and when Pyro kills one of the troopers idle near the entrance, have Niven, and sebster storm the last one, and shoot him.

Just planetary.

If you're going to assume that then assume that they can check up the vitals of all soldiers, and if they notice some dead ones they're going to send backup.
