The night before last, I got 16 hours of sleep. Last night, I was active until 3:00, then decided to fall asleep.

It didn't happen. It's now 6:45 and I'm still wide awake.

Should I stay awake?

I got 2 hours of sleep last night and I fell asleep at around midnight.

I wasn't tired during the day, and I worked my ass off prying tiles apart in my kitchen.

Well it seems you've broken your internal sleep schedule. Try to stay awake until 9, take a nap until 12, then try to continue your normal schedule.

Fall asleep at a normal time.

I woke up at 9 PM yesterday.

Went to bed at 10:00. wen to sleep at 11:00. woke up at an unknown time. fell asleep about 1 hour later, so 3:00 ish. woke up at 4:54. fell asleep at 5:00. woke up at 5:45 and took a shower.

I've broken my sleep schedule. 2PM I wake up at nowadays, and sleep at 4AM.
