Can't ride Horses/Turrets

I can't ride the horse or use turrets of any kind. They work on others' servers, but not mine (for me, at least). I can post my addon log for you to see if anything is wrong. I don't really use turrets or horses, but it freaking annoys me. I started a game without bot events, but it still happened.

you mean bots? try disabling admin vehicles if you have it
