Cant Open Blockland v15 (Mac Tiger)

Hey guys!
Today i downloaded Blockland v15 at my mac osx (10.4.11/tiger) and i opened it, and it dosent work :( i tried using rosetta but it still dosent work :( Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem. I can't seem to find anything wrong though, so I have no idea what's causing it.

Because of certain problems, you can't have a single application that runs on both 10.4.0 and 10.6.0

Either upgrade your operating system to Leopard or SnowLeopard, or you can't play.

Aww man, i cant upgrade my mac, because my mac cant get upgraded :(

Man! I was hoping that v15 wouldn't need Rosetta but no, now it doesent even work on tiger all together.  It better work on my windows laptop (when It comes back from the Geek Squad that is).  Its like v14 wasn't bad enough.
