We, the 10 members of BAN, are in fact a council which directs and coordinates the rest of the Blockland Alliance Navy, which is a huge inter-stellar organization with more than just us as its members.

We are called off of the ships we command personally and love to escape on the Orion.

That's how we explain how few of us there are.
