Yes, but it's not a major annoyingly wrong section, so it's not too bad, especially if the OP locks once he has the information he needs.
-You need to click your
button.
-Click the button on the right labeled "Forum Profile Information"
-Click the little button labelled "I will upload my own picture:"
-Now click the button named "Browse..."
-Cycle through your folders until you find your picture you want, then select it and choose open.
-Now scroll down and click the button labelled "Change profile"
} Your picture will need to be 75x75 pixels big or less, in order for Transparency and Animation to occur (If it's a .png or .gif file)
} If your picture is bigger than 75x75 pixels, it will lose it's transparency as it is compressed and turned to a .jpg file, which won't support transparency.
} If your picture is bigger than 75x75 pixels, it will lose it's animation and only show the first frame of the animation, as it's compressed. This of course will only happen with .gif files.
If you have done this correctly and achieved what you wanted to do, then it would helpful if you locked the topic by clicking the "lock topic" button at the bottom of the page on the right hand side.
