Im making a model on Milkshape and I need to know where to put the joints and what to name them and also how to package

mountPoint - Player holds gun here
muzzlePoint - Projectile comes out here
ejectPoint -  Where the shell ejects (The thing that falls to the ground)

Oh i forgot to add its a car

For tires:
Front left tire = hub0
Front right tire = hub1
Rear left tire = hub2
Rear right tire = hub3
Occupants-
Driver = mount0
Passengers = mount1
Next passenger would be mount2, etc.

I would suggest making them like...

mount0 mount1
mount3 mount4
Etc.
