Oh wait.. A bit too much of a memory.

This is an oil pump created by Kimmo Korea in RTB V1.045, this was on my server, There was soo many builds the whole server lagged. The 'no lag' brick means I approve of it not lagging.  
Pressing the blue round brick made the oil pump move up and down.

This was back in October of 2006.

i remember MY first days

i kept going to Cobra256's server and spawned random M4A1 rifles, and never deleted them, and got kicked about 16 times

i remember making a TF2 request in the S&R section, and with no knowledge, saying the dispenser made the sentry, rather than the toolbox.

i also remember making a "forum game" thread which everyone considered "stupid", in which i decided it was stupid, too
