I've noticed that the date on the bottom right corner of the main Blockland menu has not yet been updated. It still says 2009.

The date really doesn't matter. It doesn't have to be updated. The copyright line doesn't really even need to be there, although it's nice to have because then people know it's registered and what to look it up under.

Copyright expires 70 years + life no matter what. There is no re-registering needed once it's registered, except in a few cases during the 70s when the law changed.
