What's up with the old blockland?

Basically, I would like to know what is this "other Blockland" I found on youtube, with all of these little minifig playertypes. Not to be noobish, But I've been searching the forums for about an hour and I couldn't find anything. It's been kinda bugging me lately, so I decided to post this as a topic. Call it a search for knowledge. So. any answers?

The reason you don't find anything about it here is because it's not supported.
What you're looking for is v0002, and likely the mod, RTB 1.045
