I had my iBook for like 4 years, and it suffered no breakdown. My parents got a dell laptop and it started devouring cracks around the hinges about 2 years after we got it, and it mostly stayed around our house.

Apple makes too much overpriced stuff we don't need. You can live perfectly fine by getting a normal cellphone/computer instead of one those loving gay iPhones, an iPad, or even the bullstuff accessories for the Mac.

Alienware sucks in general. Who the forget sells a tower for $4000? Jesus Christ.

Customer Support != replacement plan (ok, Apple's I must admit apple's warranties aren't the best)
