I have a question.
What is a cosmonaut, and what is the Lost Cosmonaut's story?

The difference is merely nominal to differenciate the space explorers of either side of the iron curtain (Space Race was one of the most remarkable chapters of the Cold War). Thus, Astronauts (In greek 'Navigators of the stars') were those coming from the USA alignment, and Cosmonauts ('Navigators of the universe') were the ones from the Soviet bloc.

Sending people to mars is very pointless IMO, but the drawing is nice.

No it's not handicap. Can you even comprehend how important this is to science? A human expedition to a whole new planet, who ever first steps on it's surface will be:

The First Human on Mars
"                            " Another Planet
"                            " Out of Earth's orbit/Moon's orbit
"                            " _____ miles away from Earth (Don't know exact amount)
"                            " To Travel to another planet.

That Annoying Oranges Niel Armstrong. :D
Anyways, if we do ever colonize Mars, imagine the possibilites from that. There could be a whole different internationally controlled city on Mars, and we would be the generation watching this happen.

Mars would be impossible to terraform due to the lack of a magnetic field. Besides, going to mars would take too much money and resources and we are already are getting good enough information from probes.

magnetic field.

True that, solar storms can wipe life clean off.

Red rocks WOO!

Terra-forming a loving planet is impossible right now with human technology, and it is not happening in the future. There is still a very high possibility that man could live on Mars, humanity's ingenuity is quite amazing.

Underground colony, Hurr Durr.

Who doesn't want to live underground? I mean you have no natural light, get to meat moll people, and become a prospector possibly.

Mole PEOPLE!

Yeah, cause there are totally moles on Mars. :/

Not really. The robots are doing just fine.

...

You've got to be loving kidding me. Their purpose is to search for water on Mars, and to research other important factors. Us going there is to not search for water, it is to do research on the effects of living on a whole new planet and such.

Tingalz and Qwepir are not human, because it is in human nature to explore the unknown.
